Story Time
SMITH hosts Storytime in the Playhouse the first Wednesday of each month from September-April at 10:30 a.m. for children 5 and under. Each session is led by SMITH staff and volunteers and features stories and songs. Registration is required for groups to attend Story Time.
Crafts in the Playhouse
SMITH hosts Crafts in the Playhouse on the third Friday of the month from September-April from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Each month will feature special crafts for children 5 and under. Registration is required for groups to take part in crafts.
FAMILY DAY AT SMITH
Tuesdays are reserved just for family fun. Come and enjoy the Playground on this “quiet” day.
Annual Events
All annual events are free and held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM unless noted otherwise.
Play- A- Palooza
On the first Saturday in April children ages 10 and under along with parents or caregivers are invited to come celebrate the seasonal opening of the Playground.
SMITH’s Birthday Party
On the first Saturday after July 23rd (SMITH’s real birthday) children ages 10 and under along with parents and caregivers will enjoy the Playground, play party games and help celebrate SMITH’s birthday!
Victorian Holiday Open House
On the third Saturday in December children ages 10 and under along with their parents or caregivers are invited to a special day of activities in the Playhouse including live entertainment, crafts, music and more.
